Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of booking. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@scratchgard.in with your order details.
After 24 hours, the order processing begins, and cancellations will not be accepted.
Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Refunds are applicable only for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
Return Process

- Return Pickup: We will arrange for a pickup of the return product from your address.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund process will be completed within 7-10 working days after the return product pickup.
