Free Delivery for Prepaid Orders

Shipping Fee for COD Orders

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery Issues

Undeliverable Packages

In rare cases, packages may be returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you to make arrangements for reshipment.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team at support@scratchgard.in. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

Currently, Scratchgard.in only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

To ensure proper delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping information. Scratchgard.in is not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
